How long will my order take?
Check the blue banner at the top of the page for current production time. Once your order has been shipped, it typically takes 3-5 days for delivery within the United States.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, when my schedule permits it. Please MESSAGE ME for assistance.

Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide.

 

 

ORDERING


What if I need the shirt to be one size, but the tutu to be another size?
That's no problem at all! Just select the size you need for the shirt or onesie and leave a note during checkout regarding the tutu size.


Do your items run big, small, or true to size?
Most agree that my items are true to size, but I have had a few customers say they run big and a few say they run small, so please check the size charts located in each listing to make sure you are ordering the correct size.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS


How should I launder my items?
Appliqué or embroidered items should be washed inside out with like colors on gentle. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.

Tutus should be spot cleaned only.

What if the backing on the inside of my shirt comes off?
All shirts have a protective layer of backing on the inside of the shirt to protect sensitive skin from the rough embroidery stitches. This backing does come off in the wash sometimes, but can be reattached with a warm iron. The stitches usually soften up after a few washes, so you may find that you no longer need the protective backing.

How do I reshape my tutu?
It's normal for the tutu layers to separate and get disheveled during wear, but it's easy to get it looking perfect again. Just stand the tutu up on a flat surface and find the back seam on the top and bottom ribbon layers. Starting at that seam, guide the ribbons up and down until you get back to where you started.

Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final. Rush orders can not be cancelled.

What is your exchange policy?
I do not offer exchanges. Please check size charts to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

My order is incorrect. What now?
Please check your order for accuracy upon receipt. If I made a mistake, please email amber@pinkdaisyboutique.com for assistance within 3 days of receipt.

Can I change my order?
You are welcome to make changes within 24 hours of purchase. Please email amber@pinkdaisyboutique.com for assistance.
